Quit Smoking: What Can Be the Hard Smokers’ First Vaping Experience?

In the last few decades, many things have been influenced by technology and the way of smoking is also one of them. Since the last decade, the popularity of vaporizers and e-cigarettes is rising. The reason is simple. The tobacco has been proven very harmful effects on the human body when consumed for a very long time while vaping an e-cig is considered to be more than 90 percent safer than these traditional cigarettes. Additionally, e-liquids are an important part of an e-cig that adds flavors and aroma to the vaping experience. These e-liquids may/may not contain nicotine (which is the user’s choice). The limited use of nicotine in an e-cigarette can help to quit smoking. There are a number of trusted vape stress online such as smokingthings where you can get different kinds of vape juices with and without nicotine. It has been widely recognized that vaping is safer than tobacco smoking but some hard smokers may find vaping a little when using a vaporizer or the first time.

The first puff out of an electronic cigarette is usually disappointing and sobering for the smoker. Pulling on the unfamiliar mouthpiece, which is mostly made of plastic, is more reminiscent of a pipe than a cigarette. Heavy smokers also experience the greatest surprise when they inhale the vapor of the e-cigarette deeply for the first time. Because suddenly and unexpectedly they have to cough, although they have smoked more than one packet of cigarettes a day for decades.

The reason is not that the electronic cigarette or the liquid that the electronic cigarette vaporizes is particularly strong. The cough results from the fact that substances are mixed into the tobacco that suppresses the urge to cough. With the first puffs of the electronic cigarette, the smoker will notice another special feature. The usual quick effect of nicotine does not start immediately. It seems as if the electronic cigarette does not supply any nicotine at all.

This is of course not the case, but with the electronic cigarette, it took several minutes for the nicotine to work because the electronic cigarette contains the nicotine in a bound form. In its pure form, this is also the case in the tobacco plant and many smokers would be surprised if they smoked pure tobacco. Substances such as ammonia are added to the industrially manufactured tobacco, which raises the pH value to the basic range. This converts the nicotine into an easily releasable form and reaches the receptors in the smoker's brain just a few seconds after inhalation.

The smokers who get involved in electric smoking despite these differences notice after a short time that other substances are not contained in the vapor of the electric cigarette. This is particularly noticeable with tar. The tar in tobacco smoke is not only toxic and carcinogenic, but it also sticks together with the fine cilia in the smoker's bronchial system. The typical smoker's cough is nothing more than the body's often unsuccessful attempt to get rid of the sticky tar coating.

Bottom line

The former smokers who have remained true to the electronic cigarette up to this point have mostly made it. The tobacco cigarette no longer attracts you and you can satisfy your craving for nicotine by using the electronic cigarette alone. Over time, however, they not only learn to appreciate the health benefits of electronic cigarettes. The lack of smell and the incredible variety of aromas also contribute to the long-term success of the electronic cigarette.
